Prior to Compass Ori was the Director of Engineering at Twitter's NYC office, after selling his prior company, Julpan, to Twitter in 2011. Previously, Google acquired his patented thesis work called Orion. During his time at Google, Ori led a search quality team that integrated the Orion technology and algorithms with the Google search engine. Ori earned his PhD in computer science at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Prior to Compass Robert worked at Goldman Sachs as Chief of Staff to the President & COO following five years working in the firm's private equity arm. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at Lazard and McKinsey & Company. In 2005, he was appointed as a White House Fellow to serve as special assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury. Robert is also the Founder of New York Needs You. He received a B.A. and M.B.A. from Columbia University. Outside of work, he recently completed 50 marathons, one in each state, to raise $1 million for nonprofits.
With almost two decades of experience, Leonard is recognized as one of New York’s leading residential real estate authorities. The Leonard Steinberg Team is ranked consistently in the Top Ten Broker Teams in the United States by the Wall Street Journal and has been responsible for well over $2 billion in residential transactions. He has served as a marketing agent and consultant on some of New York’s most iconic developments, including 150 Charles Street, 200 Eleventh Avenue and 54 Bond Street. Previously, he owned a fashion company and was a fashion designer at Christian Dior America.
Prior to Compass David worked in the private equity group at Bain Capital and at the management consulting firm Bain & Company. He is the author of Money Makers: Inside the New World of Finance and Business, published by Macmillan in 2010. David is a member of the Steering Committee for the Museum of Modern Art’s Junior Associates Program. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University.
Prior to Compass Ugo was the Engineering Lead at Twitter. Before Twitter, Ugo worked at Julpan, where he spent most of his time thinking about the best ways to build scalable, reliable and easily extensible systems. Before Julpan, Ugo gained experience in architecting and implementing high performance applications at Google - where he worked in the Infrastructure team and in the Search Quality team - and before that at GE Homeland Security. Ugo holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from University "La Sapienza" of Rome.
Alex joined Compass following several years in both the Real Estate Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs and the Real Estate M&A Group at Lazard. Outside of Compass Alex can be found singing funk and soul music on stage or mentoring first generation college students with New York Needs You. He received a B.S. from Cornell University.
Prior to Compass, Andi was Senior Vice President of Oxygen Media and part of the management team that launched the network in 1999. Before Oxygen, Andi worked at Chase Manhattan Bank, Time, Inc., Brant Publications and Rockefeller Financial Services. Andi is on the Board of The Public Theater, Women for Women and was on the National Finance Committee (NFC) for the 2008 and 2012 Obama Presidential Campaigns. Andi graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School.
Liming Zhao received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he developed graph-based algorithms to synthesize realistic human animations from motion capture data. Prior to Compass, Liming worked at D. E. Shaw Research developing software for the specialized supercomputer Anton for molecular dynamics simulations. Liming built high-performance platforms and tools for protein folding simulations and analysis, as well as the job execution framework for Anton supercomputers.
Rob joined Compass after several years of management consulting at McKinsey & Company in New York City. In his tenure at McKinsey, he was primarily focused on devising growth strategies in legacy industries through technology and data innovations. Outside of work, Rob has worked on public-private international development initiatives on every continent, and remains actively engaged with social enterprises across the globe. Rob graduated summa cum laude from Duke University.
New Development is a specialized group within Compass that provides premium predevelopment services to real estate developers: research, design and development, and marketing and sales. For the past decade, Roy has worked on over $10 billion worth of luxury new development in Manhattan, including such high profile projects as One57, the Carlton House, One Riverside Park, the Aldyn, the Lucida, 995 Fifth Avenue, the Park Hyatt and the International Gem Tower, to name a few. Prior to Compass, he was a Senior Vice President at Extell Development Company, and helped inaugurate the predevelopment group at Corcoran Sunshine. Roy holds an M.Arch from the University of British Columbia. He has taught in the Masters of Real Estate program at Columbia University and is president of the board of Open House New York.
Matt joined after three years of building the creative group at Tribeca Enterprises. He oversaw the creation of all kinds of cool stuff like responsive sites, new ticketing platforms, documentary films and TV series fully funded by brands, YouTube channels, Film Festival campaigns and digital product development for the soon to launch Tribeca Shortlist SVOD platform. After working his way up the East Coast from Atlanta, he's owned his own creative agencies, had some laughs at Comedy Central, used Foursquare when it was called Dodgeball, saw the first dot-com bust up close and once co-hosted an event where teams of people raced to eat all the contents of a vending machine.
Prior to Compass, Ciara was a Human Resources Business Partner at GE's Corporate Headquarters. In her five years at GE she also covered a diverse mix of teams in GE Capital and worked on the Corporate Audit Staff. Previous to GE, Ciara worked in HR for a healthcare start-up. She received her MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
Prior to Compass, Gene spent 16 years at the Corcoran Group, most recently as the Senior Managing Director of the SoHo office. During his tenure he doubled the size of the sales force and turned the Soho office into the second most profitable of 720 Realogy offices. In 2014 he was nominated and confirmed by Governor Andrew Cuomo to the State Board of Real Estate property taxes. Previously, Gene owned an artist and photographer representation agency with offices in New York City and Miami. He is fluent in Spanish and graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Prior to Compass David was the General Counsel, and ultimately the Co-CEO, of the U.S. parent company of the Würth Group, one of the world’s largest assembly-component distributors, operating in 84 countries. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Würth’s U.S. real estate corporation. Previously, he worked as an EVP and General Counsel of Capital Properties, a real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily, office, retail and resort-hotel assets in major metropolitan markets. He received his M.B.A. from NYU and his J.D. from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the AHRC Foundation.
Sofia was previously Head of Research and Communications at StreetEasy. In her six-year tenure there, her core responsibilities included improving and maintaining the quality of the site's data, analyzing data, as well as creating the StreetEasy Condo Market Index and producing StreetEasy's market reports. She was also in charge of media relations and acted as the company spokesperson. Working with journalists to identify market trends, she was often cited in the news as a local residential expert. Sofia went to Cornell for economics and USC for her masters in urban planning.
Paul built tools for big data and wrangling cloud infrastructure at Intent Media and developed distributed computation systems at Morgan Stanley. An MIT grad with a CS degree, Paul is an active open source contributor and has a passion for all things baseball.
Alex spent 5 years at Google implementing improvements to the core Image Search and Web Search ranking algorithm and worked at Altera prior to that. Alex holds B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Zach was a Tech Lead at LongTail Video, where he built an open source web video player and a scalable video analytics platform. Zach has a degree in EE and CS from MIT, and enjoys preparing gourmet meals and brewing beer.
Jonathan has developed iOS and Android applications since 2010, most recently as a lead mobile engineer for Ground Transportation Networks. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Prior to Compass, Wylie was an engineer at small startups. He studied Computer Science at Northeastern. In his free time, he hosts dinner parties, bikes, and plays card games.
Luke has developed apps for several high profile clients, such as A&E Television and Avon Cosmetics, and has worked in ObjC since 2006. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Chapman University, and can often be found singing karaoke on weekends.
Prior to Compass, Xiao was an engineer at a small hedge fund startup, focused on building backend services with Python and Mongo. He earned an M.S in Computer Science from NYU. In his free time, he likes swimming and ping-pong.
Before joining Compass Brian was Director of Engineering at LocalResponse here in NYC, leading the platform team. An RIT grad, Brian is a die-hard soccer player, music lover, and supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Before Compass, Wei was Lead Front-End Engineer at Stonewain. He contributes to a few open source projects, and developed the project: explain-git-with-d3. Wei went to Caltech, and speaks five human languages at various levels of proficiency.
Prior to Compass, Pierluigi was a Product Manager at Terranova Group and System Analyst at Elettronica Spa for several years. Pierluigi has a PhD in Information Engineering from Siena University with a focus on signal processing and data security.
Jiqing joined Compass after working at Facebook for 4 years and Google for 3. He grew up in Hangzhou, China. He enjoys traveling and swimming in his spare time.
Yunchi was an engineer at Google working on Google Docs and then Google+. He holds degrees in ECE and CS from Cornell University. In his free time, Yunchi enjoys cooking, reading, photography, and traveling the world.
Cameron joined Compass after writing web apps for Genworth Financial. Cameron graduated from Duke with a double major in computer science and theater studies. Cameron thrives on friendly competition and enjoys performing in and watching plays.
James joined Compass after building mobile applications for HowAboutWe and Samsung. He earned a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State. James enjoys cooking, snowboarding, and spending time at the beach.
Jerry comes to Compass after having built apps for HowAboutWe, Expedia, and Amazon. He holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Jerry also enjoys cycling and photography.
Hongwei joins Compass from ZocDoc where he worked on ZocData and internal tools. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In his free time, Hongwei enjoys reading, running, snowboarding and traveling the world.
Prior to Compass, Marcus worked at NetApp as a software engineer and web developer. He attended Duke University and has a dual major in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys running, live concerts and traveling.
Prior to Compass, Gordon was the Executive VP at Citi Habitats. Throughout the 18 years since its inception, Gordon helped grow the Company from 30 to 600+ agents. Gordon participates in the Strategic Coach program for top business leaders in the country. He received a BA from George Washington U.
Prior to Compass, Patrick was an award-winning Senior Managing Director of Corcoran's Park Slope office. In this role, Patrick grew the Park Slope office into a nationally recognized powerhouse, ranked the #1 most profitable NRT office in 2014 out of nearly 800 offices nationwide.
Before Compass, Hervé managed the Leonard Steinberg Team, consistently ranked in the Top 10 Broker Teams in the US by the Wall Street Journal. Previously, he was CAO at Barclays Capital. He has an MS in Nuclear Engineering from Institut des Sciences et Techniques Nucleaires & MS in Nuclear Science from École Supérieure d'Électricité.
Julian joins us from Corcoran where he worked as an agent on The Carrie Chiang Team, widely considered the #1 agent in Manhattan. Prior to launching his career as a broker, Julian practiced general & real estate law and worked in real estate development.
Amy joins Compass as our first Editorial Director. She is a veteran of magazine publishing, most recently as Style Editor for Condé Nast's Content Development Group. She has been a senior staffer at Details and Surface magazines, and a contributor to Domino and T: The New York Times Style Magazine blog.
Paul spent 7 years in the ad industry doing design & creative direction for some of the world's most recognizable brands. He then embarked on a successful freelance career, lending creative direction to startups. Paul is from Perth, Australia & when not working can be found supporting Arsenal FC or spending time with his family.
Jeff has been creating brand experiences in print, video, interactive & environmental spaces for 10+ years. Most recently, he was a creative director at J. Walter Thompson working on Bloomberg and Rolex. He lives in Dobbs Ferry with his wife and two kids. Jeff earned an MFA from the Yale School of Art.
Kyle worked on big movies at Pixar for 10 years before moving to NYC. Proudly bicoastal, Kyle grew up in the DC-suburbs, graduated from the University of Virginia and then headed West. He holds an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of the Arts and loves yoga, knitting & Dolly Parton.
Indira brings 8+ years of strategy & insights experience from the best marketing & digital agencies in the world. She's first-generation American, raised in Virginia & now lives in the hotly contested borderlands of Prospect Heights & Crown Heights. Grand Prospect Hall, Bowery Ballroom & The Wooly are some of her favorite buildings.
Mike joins Compass from Douglas Elliman where he was Director of Digital & Social Media. Prior to that, he was co-founder & CEO of prollie.com. Mike's on the board of Jeffrey Fashion Cares, a non-profit supporting LGBT rights & organizations leading the fight against HIV/Aids.
Glenn has 15+ years of digital agency & product development experience. Working at Razorfish, Oglivy & Fantasy Interactive, he led accounts including Motorola, AXE & Porsche. Glenn also led the UNIQLO digital team that introduced e-commerce to their US customers. Glenn is from Melbourne, Australia & has been living in Brooklyn for the past 7 years.
Prior to joining Compass Khadija worked at Chloe and Isabel as a Product Manager specializing in growth and B2B products. Khadija received her BA from Mount Holyoke College. In her free time Khadija loves to travel and volunteers with the Girls Who Code organization.
Before joining Compass, Neves built and led the digital team at COOP. He holds a B.E. from Goa University, a Masters in Visual Communication from IIT Kanpur and a MFA from SCAD. Outside of work, Neves loves food and photography.
Lauren is a portrait, event and street photographer with over eight years of experience in marketing and media. Before Compass, she worked at Open Road Integrated Media, HarperCollins Publishers and the National School Climate Center.
Vince loves coffee, tattoos, reading, fall, newspapers, carousel horses, bicycles, bocce, and working on crafts with Selené. He studied illustration and graphic design at College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan.
Irina received a B.A. in Communication Arts from Parsons School of Design. She joined Compass after working at Town Residential as the in-house Graphic Designer. In her spare time she enjoys drawing and photography.

Cathy grew up in the real estate industry. Prior to Compass, Cathy was in commercial real estate overseeing Marketing for DTZ's TriState area. In her free time, Cathy loves exploring the city, practicing yoga, and cooking for friends.
Euney has marketing experience for the finance industry at BNY Mellon and for the real estate industry at Town Residential. She earned a BA from Rutgers. She enjoys good books, coffee, tea, and discovering, eating, and sharing delicious food.
Sydney comes to Compass after working as the Public Relations Coordinator at Town Residential. Sydney holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Tech University and enjoys writing and performing standup comedy in her spare time.
Jessica previously worked as Social Media Manager at HIP GENIUS and in user testing at Twitter. She received her Master's from New York University and a BA from Drew University. Jessica is a native New Yorker who enjoys art, good food, and music.

Prior to Compass, Angela worked at Corcoran with their Corporate Relocation team and before that, she was an associate broker for five years. Angela grew up in the suburbs of North Jersey and graduated from NYU with a B.A. in Politics.
Previously, Leilah worked in the travel & real estate industry. With an international perspective from traveling all her life, she majored in International Management with a minor in hospitality at Pace University. When not working she enjoys live music and great food!

Michael keeps our IT infrastructure running like a well-oiled machine. He's worked at Christie's New York and Fairfax Media in his native Australia, where his practice of oiling IT equipment began. In his spare time he rides bikes and writes comedy.
Before joining Compass, Adam worked for an NYC development and construction firm in their financial operations group. Adam oversees the physical expansion and operations of Compass's facilities and enjoys running and improv comedy in his spare time.
After earning her BA from Harvard, Liz joined the Monitor Group, where she focused on corporate and growth strategy consulting. At Compass, Liz works on business development and operations projects. She loves bagels and Italian culture.
Prior to joining Compass, Sean spent three years working at McKinsey & Company. As a consultant, he focused on advising tech and healthcare companies on key strategic and operational issues. He loves to eat and plays soccer to compensate.
Mike spent four years at McKinsey & Company focusing on marketing and sales strategy for retail and consumer goods companies and private equity due diligence. He has a BS in EECS from MIT and enjoys good coffee and long runs.
Rory joined Compass after running business development for social shopping platform Fancy.com. Prior to Fancy, Rory worked at Bloomberg LP and held management roles at Yext Inc. He holds a BA from Richmond and co-founded his own online media property while in college.
Damola joins Compass from TPG Capital, a private equity firm in San Francisco. He previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs after graduating with a double major from Brown University, where he was also a member of the varsity football team and president of the Brown Investment Group.
Prior to Compass, Ishika worked on digital media and entertainment M&A and investments at the Raine Group. She graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Finance major and French minor. She enjoys yoga and exploring restaurants.
Since graduating from Tufts University in 2013, Amy has worked as an Analyst at BlackRock in their Client Businesses division. She enjoys traveling, yoga, running and spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of Generation Harvest, the young professionals board for City Harvest.
Jordan joins Compass from Goldman Sachs where he worked in Equities within the Securities division. He received his BA in Public Policy Studies with a minor in Italian from Duke University. Outside of work, he enjoys violin performances and up-and-coming musical artists.
Will joined Compass after working in Ernst & Young's professional practice and assurance practice. He holds a BA and Master's in Accountancy from Auburn University. Will is an avid runner, brunch enthusiast, and die-hard Auburn fan.
Prior to joining Compass, Lily worked as a consultant at CKM Advisors where she focused on using data analytics to reduce bottlenecks and drive efficiency in the financial services industry. She holds a BA from Wesleyan University and enjoys running and good food.
Reenie attended Sacred Heart University and ran Division I track and field, while getting her BS in Marketing. Previously, she worked as a meeting coordinator at Goldman Sachs. During the winter, she enjoys skiing and in the summer, going to the beach.
Pat started his career in real estate as one of the first Compass Agents after several years in hospitality and sales. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and spends his free time playing basketball and reading travel-inspired novels.
Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and started her career in finance. She spent time in Utah before ditching the skis and moving back to New York. Courtney hails from a real estate family and is thrilled to explore her true passion.
Amy grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and studied apparel merchandising at Auburn University. Currently residing on the Upper East Side, Amy enjoys traveling, singing and photography.
Prior to Compass, Leslie was at BBDO NY working on brands such as Gillette, Venus, Braun, The Art of Shaving, Visa, Exxon, SAP & the 9/11 Memorial. She values community work, recently chairing the Diversity Council at BBDO & currently holding leadership positions on both the NY Junior League & Chestnut Hill College Alumni Association.
Maia has a B.A. from Columbia University where she studied Art History and Psychology. In her free time, Maia enjoys traveling, writing and watching movies.
Nolan attended the University of Delaware where he played four years of Varsity Tennis. He formerly worked as a headhunter focused on engineering talent for banks and hedge funds. Hailing from Wisconsin he is an avid Packers, Brewers and Badgers fan.
Clifton graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A in Sociology from Brooklyn College and worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter in the Financial District before joining Compass. He recently graduated with a M.S. in Management from NYU in 2014. In his off time, he enjoys reading, concerts, movies and traveling.
Jessica started her career in H.R. before specializing in Tech Recruitment for Fortune 500 clients and direct placement for Amazon.com and its subsidiaries. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys karaoke and considers herself a foodie. Jessica has a B.A. in Communication from The University at Buffalo.
Griffin joined Compass after working for LivingSocial. He grew up in Seattle and holds his B.S in Economics from Washington State University. Griffin now lives in Brooklyn, and can usually be found searching for new music or "Seattle style" teriyaki.
Prior to joining Compass, Valentina practiced law as a litigator in New York City, where she's lived since the age of 3. She now straddles the legal and listings departments. Passionate about travel, she's visited 36 countries and counting. Languages include fluent Russian and conversational Spanish.
Lili was born and raised in New York City and received a BA in Economics from USC. Prior to Compass, she worked in Real Estate Sales at Douglas Elliman in Miami and as a Research Analyst at CBRE in New York. Lili was a competitive athlete and competed in the US Olympic Trials for swimming.
Prior to Compass, Brian worked in Information Technology at a startup. Brian attended Rutgers University and received a BA in Economics. When not working he enjoys hiking with his dog and great food.
Born and raised in New York, Paul is proud to call NYC his home. Prior to Compass, Paul worked as a Technical Support Specialist at a real estate firm. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three kids and consuming all things related to the New York Yankees.
Laura’s studies in Psychology and Business feed her talent in conceptualizing the worlds of others. She has a helper mentality driven by curiosity, creativity, exploration and new knowledge. She loves the beach and all things nature, especially cats.
Kaleena's skills in team development and organizational support started during her education in business management and film production. In her free time, Kaleena enjoys traveling, working on films and checking out the local music scene.
Melissa holds a BA in Public Relations from Penn State University and previously managed an incubator space where she obtained her Real Estate License. In her spare time she likes to volunteer, hike and travel.
Tim grew up in Cincinnati and studied economics at Ohio State University. He moved to NYC upon graduating and has worked in the Manhattan real estate market both in administration and sales. He currently lives in Brooklyn and likes to play soccer, run, and go to the beach with his dog when possible.
While studying business and psychology at DePaul University, Kristina worked as a manager at a commercial real estate firm. Upon moving to New York, Kristina joined Guggenheim Securities where she managed the recruiting efforts for the Investment Bank. Kristina is an avid traveler and enjoys to cook, read and create mosaic art.
Carrie grew up in Houston, Texas and made her way to New York via London and Italy. She graduated from Texas Christian University and has two master's degrees in Art History. As an art lover, she is a member of MoMA JA and the Guggenheim YCC. In her free time she enjoys ballroom dancing and playing dodgeball.
LaVon previously worked at Rose Associates specializing in marketing luxury rental properties and new developments. She has a B.S. from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. LaVon enjoys spending time with her kids and watching football.
Prior to Compass, Billy spent 8 years with Corcoran Sunshine and Citi Habitats where he marketed new developments and analyzed the real estate market extensively. He has a B.A. from Union College and enjoys skiing and playing golf in his free time.
Prior to Compass, Laura worked on new developments at The Marketing Directors. She also worked in marketing and business development at branding firm Siegel+Gale. Laura received a B.A. in Communications and Public Service from UPenn.
Ian's interest in architecture and interior design led him to pursue a career in real estate. Ian studied Economics at Columbia University and did market research for Stribling Marketing Associates. In his spare time, Ian likes to play soccer, run and explore NYC.
Prior to joining Compass Bennett was a commercial real estate appraiser at a small firm based in Downtown Brooklyn. Bennett grew up in New York City and earned his B.A. in American History at Columbia University.
Josef was born and raised in New York City and attended the Bronx HS of Science and Yale University, where he studied History and Urban Studies. Before joining Compass, Josef managed a real estate tech accelerator program and worked for a real estate development firm.
Lauren graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Art History. She'll always have a special place in her heart for Nashville, but she is excited to be back in New York. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking and visiting museums and galleries.
After years of working in the education and consulting fields, Lindsay founded the Washington, D.C. firm Lindsay Reishman Real Estate in 2010 with the goal of providing an exceptional experience for his clients and a nurturing environment for his team. Establishing his own residential brokerage was the perfect blend of his background and aspirations, one that allowed him to engage his entrepreneurial spirit and be a positive force during one of life’s most important moments—buying or selling a home. In 2014 Lindsay decided to partner with Compass because he saw the opportunity it provided to him, his agents and his staff to service their clients even more seamlessly and intelligently.
A DC area native, Carolyn received a degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. At Compass she focuses on building agent brands and implementing marketing campaigns. She enjoys the DC dining scene and is active in the local dance community.
A proud Washingtonian, Nina grew up immersed in the real estate industry. She enjoys skiing, cycling, and morning walks with her German Shepherd. She believes time is best spent over good food and lively conversation.
Daphne joined Compass after working in a variety of positions including teaching martial arts. She received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from George Mason University. In her spare time Daphne enjoys traveling, soccer, and motorcycles.
Danielle joined Compass as a licensed agent with years of experience. She has tied her passion for housing into the non-profit sector, working with homeless families in NYC and volunteering in international housing programs. She also loves to travel.
Prior to joining Compass, Felicia worked for 10+ years in the title industry. She holds a BS in Business Administration and is a licensed agent. In her spare time she enjoys trying new foods, sporting events and concerts, and playing with her dogs.
An almost-native of the Sunshine State, Kristen earned her B.A. in Art History & Religion from Florida State University. She began her career in real estate with Sage Title Group in DC. Kristen enjoys traveling & lazy days outside with a good book.
Rodrigo is originally from San Diego, CA where he attended the San Diego State University and earned his degree in Mathematics. During his time off he enjoys the traveling and exploring new things.
In addition to producing marketing videos for Compass, Tony Azios is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and journalist. He has filmed and/or reported in Asia, Latin America, and the U.S., and earned an MFA in Film & Electronic Media.
A native of Maryland, Grace also lived in New York City for school and work. Visual creativity is her passion, combining imagination with labor to achieve extraordinary results. She loves DC, time with family and involvement in her Christian church.
Devon is a Virginia native who is pleased to now call DC home. She studied Business Management and Music at Bucknell University – go Bison! She enjoys singing, traveling, and being with loved ones.
Shaun was the editor of Georgetown Patch and the staff writer of DCMud prior to becoming the founder and editor in chief of District Source. She has a B.A. in Political Science from American University. She and her family live in Kingman Park in NE.
Originally from California, Catherine spent many years as an event planner in San Francisco. Now, she and her husband are happy to call Capitol Hill home. In her free time, Catherine enjoys movies, reading, Italian food and spoiling her dogs.
Ali is a native of DC and currently finishing his Business degree at George Mason University. He ran his family's souvenir and flag business for almost a decade, and is excited to venture into new business territory with Compass.
Evandro studied law in Brazil, his home country. Before joining Compass, he worked with a pharmaceutical supplier to expand and improve US operations. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish, and loves the outdoors, travel, and spending time with friends.
Maddy joined the Compass staff as a freshly licensed Virginia real estate agent, and is a proud alumna of Catholic University. She enjoys the outdoors, sports, and taking advantage of everything DC life has to offer with friends and family.
Stephen grew up in Bethesda, MD, and studied Political Science and History at Bucknell. He has worked at Precipio Wealth Management, and has special interests in music production, writing, philosophy, and all things creative and collaborative.
Jude is a native of New Jersey currently pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics (GWU, 2016), and looks forward to pursuing a career in real estate. He loves being a part of the Compass team, and will soon be activating his real estate license in Virginia.
Tanya received a degree in Journalism and Economics from Washington and Lee University. Prior to joining Compass she worked at a few agencies supporting clients including Walmart and Boeing. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Pinkerton, and spending time with family and friends.
