One of our commitments as a company is to create internship programs with premiere nonprofits focused on providing professional development opportunities for diverse talent.
We have partnered with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity for this initiative. SEO is a nonprofit organization that makes a lifetime of achievement possible for underserved and underrepresented communities.
Our sponsorship initiative strives to increase diversity representation and helps recognize, retain, and promote underrepresented-in-tech employees (Black, Latinx, and Women). Studies show that engagement and retention increase when organizations have mentorship or sponsorship programs for their employees.
Through the program, participants should feel a greater sense of investment from their team into their career, more confidence in their networks both laterally and in senior leadership, and have clearly defined goals and next steps.
This program seeks to create more opportunities for agents from our underrepresented communities by providing support, partnerships, and access to education and mentorship, critical components of a successful career in real estate.
