As a third-generation Arizona native who grew up in North Central Phoenix and now lives in the Ahwatukee Foothills, Kari Hughes helps buyers and sellers start their Arizona next chapter in Ahwatukee (85044, 85045 and 85048) and Central Phoenix. With more than a decade of experience and family ties in Arizona that span more than 60 years, she also serves Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and the broader Southeast Valley, along with Fountain Hills.

Certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Kari is especially skilled at helping clients through transitional chapters of life, whether relocating, downsizing, or investing. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to making one of life’s biggest financial decisions feel seamless and empowering.

Kari is known for building trust through relevant market insights and thoughtful guidance—helping clients not just find a house, but fall in love with Arizona. Her heart for the community stems from 18 years spent serving in nonprofit leadership roles, a foundation that continues to inspire her service-first approach.

When she's not helping clients, Kari enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Arizona's scenic trails in her Jeep, camping, and walking her two dogs, Hudson and Teddy.
