Having lived in Manhattan for more than two decades, Zachary Messenger brings a seasoned eye and a creative background to New York real estate. As a former resident of Union Square, Chelsea, the Upper East Side, and now Hell’s Kitchen, he offers firsthand knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and approaches each client’s goals with care and intention. Before entering real estate, Zachary spent over 15 years in women’s footwear design and production, leading private-label collections for notable national brands. His design sensibility and attention to detail distinguish him in a highly competitive market.
