Having lived in Manhattan for more than two decades, Zachary Messenger brings a seasoned eye and a creative background to New York real estate. Before entering real estate, Zachary spent over 15 years in women’s footwear design and production, leading private-label collections for notable national brands. That experience sharpened his ability to identify potential, communicate a vision, and problem-solve creatively—skills that now elevate the way he markets listings and guides buyers in imagining what a home could become. His design sensibility and attention to detail distinguish him in a highly competitive market.
