Catia Salvadori began her real estate career in Los Angeles, California, working
alongside top-producing agents at Sotheby’s International Realty, where she developed
a strong foundation representing buyers in competitive markets. She later partnered
with a trusted colleague under the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, focusing on
distinctive homes throughout the Hollywood Hills and surrounding areas while
representing both buyers and sellers with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
Expanding her global perspective, Catia spent several years in London working with
Live Nation UK before returning to Los Angeles to launch an independent business
management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families. In this role, she advised clients
on a range of financial and lifestyle matters, including real estate acquisitions and sales.
Now based in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, daughter and many animals, Catia
brings her 25 + years of diverse experience and relationship-driven approach to the
Nashville market. She is a licensed Tennessee real estate professional, currently
working within a leading entertainment business and family office group, and is proud to
