BJ Linnenbrink is a North Carolina real estate broker serving the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill Triangle. Having lived in the area for more than a decade, he has developed a strong understanding of the local communities and what makes the Triangle a great place to live.

Before entering real estate, BJ spent 17 years as a Division I collegiate coach at Duke University and the University of Notre Dame. He was also a Division I athlete at Florida State University, where he still holds the Seminoles’ school record in the weight throw. His background in high-level athletics and coaching shaped the discipline, focus, and commitment he brings to every client and transaction.

BJ lives in the Triangle with his wife Monica and their son James, along with their dog Scout and cat Shimmer. He enjoys coaching youth sports, staying active, and spending time with his family. He is also a certified personal trainer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education – Sports Management from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Physical Education from Emporia State University.
