I’m Nathan Keese, a real estate advisor with Compass and part of the Mizak Mountain Luxury Team, the #1 team by sales volume in Incline Village. And yes, we do things a little differently here. You probably figured that out already, since you’re still reading this instead of clicking back to Facebook or your email inbox.
I work with clients across North Lake Tahoe and Reno, combining deep local roots with strong market knowledge to help people navigate one of the most unique real estate markets in the country. You’ve likely heard that before, but do you know how and why?
Originally from Truckee, California, I grew up in the Sierra and have a lifelong connection to the Reno–Tahoe region. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and later completed a master’s degree and multiple industry certifications, which help me bring analytical insight and a local perspective to every relationship.
Through the Mizak Mountain Luxury Team and Compass’ global network, I provide the benefits of world-class marketing, global exposure, and the strength of a top-producing team that closed over $61 million in sales in 2025.
Outside of real estate, I spend most of my time doing activities I once thought were inexpensive—spending time outdoors with my family, trail running with my dogs, and hunting down Northern Nevada’s newest restaurants.
Living and working in Tahoe isn’t just my career. It’s the lifestyle I can’t live without.
