An attorney by trade, Nicole spent much of her prior career negotiating complex agreements for large Bay Area technology companies. She learned to navigate competing interests, advocate strategically, and recognize when, and when not, to push. Today, she brings that same rigor and judgment to real estate, helping her clients approach one of their most significant financial decisions with a clear strategy and a strong advocate in their corner.
A Marin resident and homeowner for more than a decade, and avid follower of real estate long before it became her career, Nicole understands the nuances that can make one property, or even one street, different from the next. Her personal experience buying, selling, and renovating multiple homes in Marin – including a full tear down, design and rebuild – gives her a unique perspective when assessing a home’s potential. Drawing on this firsthand experience and Compass’s robust market data and technology, Nicole helps buyers look beyond the listing price and staging to assess a home’s value, functionality, and long-term potential. For sellers, Nicole brings an experienced eye for how a home will be perceived by Marin buyers and how best to prepare, position, and price it to generate the strongest possible result.

Nicole lives in Corte Madera with her husband, Josh (a Marin native and high school math teacher), their three children (ages 9, 6, and 3), and two dogs. Outside of real estate, you will find Nicole hiking or mountain biking Marin’s trails, taking a local pilates or yoga class, or cheering on her children from the sidelines of their various sporting events.
