Simon Dediashvili

Regarded for his creativity, resourcefulness, and dependability, Simon has a longstanding reputation in the real estate industry as an agent that will go above and beyond to accommodate his clients' needs.

Born and raised in New York City, one of Simon's first odd jobs at the age of 13 was cleaning a local real estate office in Queens. After overhearing the office agents conducting business at an exciting, fast pace, Simon knew that he was destined for more than just cleaning real estate offices - he was to become a real estate agent instead. From that moment on, Simon worked diligently throughout the five boroughs, expanding his knowledge of sales and real estate through a variety of roles. He served as a broker's assistant in Miami for half a year before deciding to return to his homegrown city of New York to begin his career as a licensed agent.

Now with more than six years of experience in the industry, Simon's passion for real estate and dedication to his clients shines through his extensive client track record. Simon genuinely respects, and works to understand the needs of, every client that he works with. 2020 was a year for the history books but Simon still managed to do 100+ transactions and even used the additional downtime to enroll in property management courses at Fordham University where he obtained his CPM. With the highest hopes of 2021 being the year we can start to restore the real estate market, Simon has immersed himself with newly found knowledge and insights into the industry as a whole.
