Having built a life of her own in a new country, Radhika understands something deeply personal about the meaning of home. It is more than where we live—it is where we belong, where memories take root, and where the stories of our lives unfold.

Radhika grew up surrounded by architecture, design and construction. Some of her earliest memories are of sitting beside her father at his drawing board, watching the spaces he designed take shape in her imagination, and walking beside him through construction sites as those drawings came to life. Even then, she could feel how much those spaces already meant, long before they were built.

That early fascination became more than a decade in architecture. A published architect, Radhika earned her Bachelor of Architecture with academic distinction and scholarship, followed by an MSc in Advanced Architectural Studies from the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL, London. Her study of spatial design deepened her understanding of the relationship between people and space, and how profoundly design shapes the way we experience a place.

Nearly a decade into real estate, Radhika begins with understanding her clients—the way they live, what matters to them, and what they hope to find in a property. She helps them look beyond the surface to understand a property’s design, its potential and how it might work for them, offering thoughtful observations and recommendations along the way. For clients who value Vastu, she brings that perspective to the search as well.

When the right property is found, Radhika is a formidable advocate. She negotiates hard, thinks strategically and is relentless in protecting her clients’ interests. A natural problem-solver, she brings focus, persistence and resilience to even the most challenging transactions—and the candor to advise a client to walk away when that is the wiser decision.

A black belt in karate, Radhika credits her martial arts background with shaping the discipline, focus and competitive drive that remain very much a part of who she is.

From a first home to a multimillion-dollar residence, every client receives the same time, patience, expertise and care. The value of the property may change. The standard of representation does not. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Radhika represents buyers and sellers across the East Bay, Tri-Valley and South Bay/Silicon Valley.

Away from real estate, Radhika’s two daughters are the center of her world—her purpose, her “why,” and the inspiration behind much of what she does. She loves meeting new people and enjoys movies, the local food scene, music and dancing, and exploring the outdoors—with their seven-year-old Labradoodle never too far behind.
