Boston > Amherst > SF > LA > NYC in 1998 for what was going to be a few months. Been on UWS for most of 27 years now, with some love also for Hamptons and Montclair. Bought or sold my own apartments and houses 16 times. Wrote and directed Good Bones, a feature film celebrating poetry and integrity and community in real estate.
