For Erin real estate is a way of life. A native Angelino born into a long line of real estate veterans; the Berkeley Alum earned an MBA from IE University before she was drawn back to Southern California’s sunny skies. Returning with a global perspective, Erin spent a tenure in luxury goods marketing before joining her mother at the helm of the Kathleen Rasmussen Team. Half of the mother-daughter duo, she segued her skillset into the luxury real estate realm, carving out a niche with a strong focus on digital marketing and creative brand strategies.

Drawing from her vast experience remodeling and flipping homes, Erin is armed with a unique insider’s perspective. Passionate about helping her clients navigate the often-stressful process, she works to make transactions as streamlined as possible. Clear in her communication, Erin makes herself accessible to answer questions every step of the way. The mother-daughter team treats clients with the same care and consideration that they would extend to a family member.

Putting down roots in Woodland Hills with her husband, David, and daughter, Isabella, the trio is often found exploring the local farmers market or walking around their neighborhood. Adored for its walkability, Erin is abundantly grateful to live in a special community of tightknit neighbors in Calabash. Passionate about interior design, she’s equally keen on social causes and actively volunteers for the Michael J. Fox Foundation to battle Parkinson's disease.
