About Denise

Denise is a native of the Carolinas and has thoroughly enjoyed living in Charlotte for 20 years. She grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Charlotte. As a young professional, she lived in Huntersville. After a few years in the Lone Star state, she longed to get back to the great city of Charlotte. For the last 20 years, she has enjoyed living in South Charlotte with her husband, Rick, and their two children. They have watched Union County grow from horse farms on every corner to great neighborhoods of which their kids will have fond memories.

Before working as a Realtor®, she worked in the financial services industry for 19 years. She held a myriad of roles, but the ones that make the top of the list were always real estate-related. In addition to having a comprehensive knowledge of real estate practices, she also has a working knowledge of the lending process. She prides herself in service, service, service. She is committed to providing continuous communication and offering her expertise to educate and advise her clients throughout the buying or selling process.

In Denise's free time, she loves spending time with her family. Her son just graduated from UNC-Charlotte and works in Finance. Her daughter is graduating from Marvin Ridge High this year and will attend Elon University in the Fall.
