Chris Callaway Staniszewski

A 3rd generation native of Palm Beach County, Chris Callaway Staniszewski, SRA has lived and worked in the South Florida real estate market her entire life. Chris is from a multi-generational family of appraisers, developers, and brokers. She is president of Gulfstream Appraisal & Consulting, Inc., a small private residential appraisal firm, and is a contract appraisers for Callaway & Price, Inc.  Chris has been involved in the residential market for over 20 years and currently holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Her career in real estate began as a licensed title insurance agent.  

Chris is on the board of Sustainable Palm Beach County, a not-for-profit advocacy group that seeks to work alongside local agencies and officials to protect Palm Beach County's waterways, lagoons, green areas and natural resources.  She has a true passion for the South Florida outdoors, for being of service and for helping people navigate the ever-changing real estate market.
