About Tim

Tim began his career in commercial real estate in 1987, after graduating from University of Texas with an MBA in real estate and finance. He moved to Jackson in 1999 after a 12 year career as a commercial appraiser in Dallas, Tx. A founding member of Contour Investment Properties, and now proud to be associated with Compass Real Estate, Tim specializes in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property in Jackson Hole. He has closed over 200 commercial leases and sales in Jackson since beginning his brokerage practice in 2002.

Tim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. Although no longer active as an appraiser, he also earned the designation of MAI with the Appraisal Institute, the highest designation available for commercial appraisal. Tim is a past president of the Board of Directors of Teton Literacy Program and recipient of their Founder’s Award, and a past member of the Board of Directors of Rotary Club of Jackson Hole, and of the Teton Board of Realtors. He was recently reappointed by the Governor to a second three year term as a Commissioner on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.

He has trekked in Nepal, toured Australia, inoculated children in Bolivia, led a Rotary exchange team in Argentina, hitchhiked in Yugoslavia, studied in Rome. Currently, he is on the largest adventure of his life, raising children.
