"Dear Ray, I started my year-end taxes, and realized I had not thanked you for the work you did on selling my Hoback River home. I knew from the start the property would need a special buyer who would appreciate the unique features of the location and river frontage.Your help in researching comparable properties found the "right on" listing and sale price. Your attention to detail was also a great help in identifying the big and little items that needed to be addressed to show the property at its best. I am convinced that it was your network of local contacts which kept my home on the list of showings for out of town buyers. Finally, I appreciate all the time you devoted, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with you through what at times was a frustrating process. I am happy to provide a reference should anyone wish to talk with me in more detail. Very truly yours, Glenn W. M.."

"Ray gives the term Full Service a whole new meaning. Not only did he guide us through the selling process to meet all our needs, he also assisted us in our house purchasing in the town we moved to. His guidance was priceless in helping us through the selling process which can be really confusing at times. Scott S."

About Ray

My real estate career began in 1980 with my salesman license in Wyoming. In 1983, I moved to San Antonio, Texas, to pursue commercial real estate, joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services and specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial properties.

In 1992, I returned to Jackson Hole and have since been involved in all facets of real estate, including sales, commercial leasing, residential construction, and broker management. I also served as a member and chairman of the Town of Jackson's Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustments from 1994 to 2007.

In 2000 and 2001, I served as president of the Teton Board of Realtors. In 2005, I was elected president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors. From March 2010 to March 2016, I served two terms on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission. In 2016, I was appointed to the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics, completing two terms in 2021.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the stunning landscapes around Jackson Hole—fishing, rafting, hunting elk and deer—and volunteering. I serve on the Board of Directors for Pioneer Homestead Apartments, a local 501(c)(3) providing affordable housing for low-income senior citizens in Teton County. Since 2020, I've been on the Board of Directors for Lower Valley Energy Co-op, where I currently serve as Secretary/Treasurer. I also serve as vice-president of the Idaho Consumer-owned Utilities Association (ICUA) in connection with my role at Lower Valley Energy.

Specialties: Buyer/tenant representation, land planning consulting, acquisition and disposition of ranch properties, commercial leasing and sales, second-home purchases and sales.
