"Dear Ray, I started my year-end taxes, and realized I had not thanked you for the work you did on selling my Hoback River home. I knew from the start the property would need a special buyer who would appreciate the unique features of the location and river frontage.Your help in researching comparable properties found the "right on" listing and sale price. Your attention to detail was also a great help in identifying the big and little items that needed to be addressed to show the property at its best. I am convinced that it was your network of local contacts which kept my home on the list of showings for out of town buyers. Finally, I appreciate all the time you devoted, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with you through what at times was a frustrating process. I am happy to provide a reference should anyone wish to talk with me in more detail. Very truly yours, Glenn W. M.."

"Ray gives the term Full Service a whole new meaning. Not only did he guide us through the selling process to meet all our needs, he also assisted us in our house purchasing in the town we moved to. His guidance was priceless in helping us through the selling process which can be really confusing at times. Scott S."

About Ray
My career began in 1980 working for Pioneer Realty in Jackson's Hole, WY. In 1983, my career took me to San Antonio, TX to pursue a career in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in the leasing & sale of industrial properties. In 1993, I returned to Jackson's Hole working at Art Hazen Real Estate. Over the years, I have been involved in many facets of real estate sales, commercial leasing, residential construction, and brokerage management; including 13 years as a member & chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustments for the Town of Jackson.

In 2000 & 2001, I served as the president of the Teton Board of Realtors and the Board of Directors of the WY Association of Realtors, then elected president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors in 2005. In March 2010, I was appointed by Governor Freudenthal to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and re-appointed by Governor Mead to a second term ending in March 2016. In March 2016, I was appointed by Governor Gordon to the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics and will complete my second term in March 2022.

In my spare time I enjoy rambling the beautiful country surrounding Jackson's Hole fishing, rafting, chasing elk, mule deer & antelope, and volunteering on the Board of Directors of Pioneer Homestead Apartments, a locally owned non-profit providing housing for low-income senior citizens from the area. My interest in civic service continues with my election in June 2020 to the Board of Directors of Lower Valley Energy, our locally owned electricity and natural gas co-op.
