"CONCIERGE LEVEL OF SERVICE āIām writing this note after purchasing my first home several months ago with Prentiss Van Den Berg. What felt like a very daunting task as a single first time home buyer became a delight through Prentissā guidance and expertise. The whole time I felt like I was shopping for a home with a dear, longtime friend. Prentiss started off the process asking me to list what I was looking for, the must have, the absolutely no and the possible wish list items and of course, my price point. This set a great starting point for us to begin visiting relevant properties in the areas where I wanted to live. What was most impressive about Prentiss is she would always do a preliminary due diligence on each home and as we walked through the properties she would point out the pros and cons, many of which I might not have been aware of as a first time home buyer. About Prentiss
Born and raised in San Francisco, a UC Berkeley graduate, I have been in the real estate business for the past 30+ years in Northern and Southern California. My experience spans working on fixer uppers as well as designing, financing and the selling of spec homes. My geographies of expertise are Marin County, La Quinta, and Rancho Santa Fe, the last of which I have called my home since 2011.
Nothing beats experience and I have had success with each of my projects in the past and I look forward to guiding you through yours.
I am proud to call myself a San Diegan for the outstanding weather, culture, and of course, the high level of tennis. My husband and I have two children, three grandchildren and a new puppy.
