Jane Friedrich

A San Franciscan native, Jane attended Mercy High School and San Francisco State College. She moved from San Francisco to the East Bay when she was ready to start a family. The small neighborhood feel of Alameda reminded her of growing up out in the Avenues back home. Her new in laws were avid boaters and built their own sailboats- Jane enjoyed many days on the Bay. She welcomed the warmer climate and all the recreational activities the island had to offer. In 1976 she started selling real estate with her husband John and has been in and/or sold a large percentage of the older homes in Alameda, many of them more than once! It warms her heart that generation after generation keeps coming back to her. Jane is honest and reliable, has experience navigating a multitude of markets and is highly skilled at protecting her clients and recognizing red flags. She has an outstanding reputation with both clients & peers for being professional, trustworthy & extremely knowledgeable. Jane enjoys helping her clients build wealth through income properties. She has owns many income properties herself & is well versed in the acquisition, management, & selling of investment property. 

Today, Jane & her daughter Jill are working together & bring with them 45+ years of experience in real estate, design & renovation & building wealth with income property. When Jane is not selling real estate you can find her tending to her garden, relaxing with a good book or practicing Pilates. She loves being a grandmother to her two her granddaughters and two grand dogs- Havanese sisters.
