Beatriz Moreno

Beatriz Moreno started her real estate career in 1989 at Damar Corporation as a customer service representative providing support to real estate appraisers. The products & services offered were used to verify confirmed sales value of the real property. In 1991, Damar was acquired by TRW Real Property Systems that years later became a part of First American Corporation. In 2001, Beatriz expanded her career joining DataQuick Information Systems. There she sold appraisal services to the lending departments within credit unions. 4 years later Beatriz worked for a credit reporting agency providing credit reports directly to Lenders.

Overall, her extensive experience in real property information systems has grounded her as a realtor. Her roles and knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, and operations have allowed her to seamlessly transition into the role of a real estate agent. She joined The Kennedys in 2016 and became licensed in 2017 with the goal of helping families fulfill homeownership and investment wealth. She takes the opportunity to work with each individual very seriously and delivers results.

Beatriz’s down time is simple. She enjoys gardening, cooking and engaging in a good movie or series that is a must see. When cooking, variety is very important to her. Coming from a Mexican culture, she can effortlessly whip up a tasty traditional Mexican dish with her eyes closed (careful Beatriz). However, navigating recipes online, cookbooks, magazines, social media and/or where ever and who ever recommends a recipe is her flavor of choice. She never disappoints!
