Scott Bortzner

From Mattituck to Montauk, Scott Bortzner has been selling real estate on the east end since 2002. When he first began in real estate twenty years ago, he was very fortunate to team up with the top producer and learn many valuable lessons. Scott has lived in over ten towns including; East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Southold and Cutchogue. He loves the beaches, the farmstands and the barns of the East End.

Having been ranked a top-ten agent multiple times in his two-decade career, Scott’s strengths are his patience, tenacity and sage advice when negotiating a deal. As an Associate Broker and Certified Buyer’s Rep, his experience helps his clients when listing, buying or renting a home.

Scott has been involved in personally designing and building his own house, selling it and finally finding his own waterfront cottage. He feels the light, the water and the relaxed lifestyle are what help people fall in love with the east end. The north fork in particular, is seeing a lot of growth and an influx of second home owners from the north shore, Brooklyn and Manhattan.
