About Andrew
Andrew grew up in Bloomfield Hills, MI and attended The University of Colorado at Boulder. He started his real estate career in Chicago on the commercial side of the business assisting office tenants with relocations, expansions, and dispositions in 2007. After quickly realizing that the corporate commercial route was not his path, he gravitated towards New York in 2010 to join Bold, a residential brokerage focused on multifamily development, marketing, and consulting.     

As one of the key partners, Andrew was responsible for all operations, business development, and overall growth of the
firm. Bold grew to a team of over 200 amassing 15,000 units under exclusivity including Joe Moinian's project at 605
West 42nd with 1,175 units. Bold facilitated approximately 4,000 lease and sale transactions per year across assets and
portfolios of varying sizes. Bold focused on multifamily representation and new development sales including services such
as pre-development and design, marketing, advertising, data, staffing, and brokerage. Separately, Bold had a significant 
resale program selling in excess of $750M. In 2021, Andrew and his partners facilitated the sale of Bold to Compass,
which is where the team stands and operates today.
