Collin Ellingson

Born and raised in the Pacific Palisades enclave of Rustic Canyon, and now residing in Marina del Rey, Collin knows and navigates the coastal neighborhoods of West L.A. as only a local can.  He is a highly experienced real estate leader, offering 24 years of expertise to buyers and sellers of luxury homes, townhomes, and condominiums, and representing builders and asset managers in the sale of hundreds of communities since 1999.

Collin is known for his professionalism, integrity, and extensive industry knowledge. Buyers appreciate his steady guidance, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills. Sellers value Collin’s ability to strategically position a property during challenging market periods to achieve the highest possible market price.

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Collin is active in the community and supports a variety of charitable and social causes. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Los Angeles LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce (LAGLCC), the Sierra Club, and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). When not working with his real estate clients, Collin enjoys honing his craft as a jazz vocalist and plans to release his first album of jazz covers and original songs in early 2024. He is also a hopeless classic automobile and truck enthusiast and often enlists his fiancé to attend any auto show he can find.
