Led by Scott Diffenderfer, a Miami native with more than 35 years of sales and marketing experience, the 3D Team is a group of six dynamic agents who believe collaboration is the key to creating an exceptional and seamless real estate experience for all our clients.

Diversity is our strength – just like Miami – and with backgrounds in sales, marketing, banking, interior design and property management, we offer our clients a true one-stop shop for everything real estate-related.

As residents active in our communities - from civic and neighborhood boards and committees (4 of us are currently board members of condo associations) - we love our communities and have a deep understanding of our incredibly diverse region.

We are all extensive world travelers and several of us have lived or currently have homes abroad. We speak fluent English, Spanish, German and conversational Italian, French and Portuguese. We love introducing and connecting our clients from around the country and around the world to the neighborhood, home or condo that will make them feel at home here.

Our roots run especially deep on Belle Isle, Miami Beach with three of our agents living in three different buildings on the Island where we dominate the real estate market. Our other team members live in North Beach, Coconut Grove and the Upper East Side of Miami. We’ve listed and sold properties from Pinecrest to Boca Raton and referred buyers and sellers to our extensive national network extending from Seattle to Rhode Island, New York to Los Angeles, and everywhere in between.  If you are moving to or from South Florida we can put you in touch with an excellent agent in any part of the US.
