My name is Evelyn Suvillaga. I was born in Honduras and raised in Charlotte, NC. My passion for helping others achieve their dream of homeownership stems from my own life experiences. Growing up, I vividly remember my dad's dream of owning a home. Like many, we were unsure about the process. I spent countless hours on the computer searching for that perfect deal, and when I finally found it, the joy it brought my dad was indescribable. That moment taught me that with perseverance, anything is possible.
As a real estate agent, I take immense pride in going above and beyond for my clients. I love guiding them through the entire process and making it as seamless as possible.The most rewarding part of my job is seeing first-time homebuyers transform into investors and helping them build wealth.
