About Sam
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Samuel has always had a deep affection for California. Growing up in a family involved in residential real estate, he developed an early passion for the industry. After earning his degree in psychology from Chapman University, Samuel joined the Jancula Group as a dedicated team member. He thrives on the dynamic nature of the real estate market and takes great pleasure in helping clients of the Jancula Group find their dream homes. Outside of work, Samuel enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
