Jonathan McKesten

Jonathan McKesten has been working in Real Estate for more than nine years. Focusing mostly on residential sales, Jonathan has closed a wide variety of real estate transactions across every NYC neighborhood and all over Jersey, from leasing out an entire new construction building in Manhattan’s East Village to selling a restaurant in Park Slope. He has helped people find and purchase penthouse apartments in the city, historic mansions in the suburbs, and everything in between. “I love helping people, no matter what kind of place they're in the market for,” he says. Jonathan’s clients feel his spirit of openness in his sales approach. “If a client wants me to take the lead, I will. If they want me to ride shotgun, I can do that too,” he says. “One thing I never do is push people.” Jonathan acts solely in the best interest of his client, leaving himself out of the equation. He wants his clients to be completely at ease during the sales process. His favorite part of his job is meet ing new people and working with them to find their perfect home. Jonathan understands that no two deals are alike, and the same is true about his clients. Prior to working in Real Estate, Jonathan worked in the music industry for 11 years as a tour and merchandise manager. He loved traveling around the world with various bands and is the proud owner of three Gold Records for his work on the Vans Warped Tour. Jonathan was born and raised in New York, and currently resides in Maplewood, New Jersey. In his spare time, Jon loves to hang out with his wife, ten-year-old son, six-year-old daughter.
