My passion for real estate has been a lifelong journey that began in my early adult years and has blossomed into a fulfilling career spanning decades. Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, gave me a solid foundation, but my love for new experiences led us from Georgia’s peach orchards to Florida’s sunshine, and ultimately, to Music City. Franklin, TN, with its perfect blend of metropolitan flair and country charm, was exactly where we were meant to be—an ideal fit, especially for my husband, a dedicated singer/songwriter.

 

My introduction to real estate sales was a true trial by fire. We chose to move from Pennsylvania during a challenging time, with a sluggish market and mortgage interest rates reaching 14%. After months without a single offer, I took charge. I crafted flyers with photos of our home and added tear-away tabs with my contact details. Determined to make things happen, I walked into the office of the local bank president, my young children in tow, and pitched our home’s best features and potential. One month later, I had successfully sold our home to the bank president’s son and daughter-in-law—my first sale.
