My first sale happened out of pure necessity: a slow market, 14% mortgage rates, and a house that wasn't moving. I made my own flyers, walked into a bank president's office with my kids in tow, and sold that home to his son a month later. That scrappy, do-whatever-it-takes instinct has never left me — it's just been refined by two decades of experience.

Today, I lead a boutique, referral-driven team with my daughter and co-agent, Jackie Brown, specializing in luxury home sales and relocation across Franklin, Brentwood, and the greater Nashville market. A large share of our business now comes from buyers moving to Middle Tennessee from across the country — California, New York, Washington, and beyond — and we've built our practice around making that transition feel effortless, even from a thousand miles away.

In 2026, I was named to the top 1.5% of REALTORS® nationally by Real Trends Verified. I hold seven professional designations, including my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) — specialized training in marketing and negotiating high-end properties for buyers and sellers who expect more than the standard playbook.
