Hi, I’m Sara. Born and raised on beautiful James Island, I've always had a deep connection to the Lowcountry, where the charm of outdoor living, water adventures, and trips to the beach is a way of life. With a strong background in hospitality, I spent two decades in the food and beverage industry, forging meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers along the way. The desire to help people and my passion for my community eventually drew me to the world of real estate. My journey began during my time working at a restaurant on Folly Beach, where I frequently met individuals who initially came to Charleston as visitors but fell head over heels in love with this charming city and decided to make it their home. As someone intimately familiar with the area, I found myself offering guidance and advice to those wanting to join our vibrant community, and that's when I decided to take the plunge and obtain my real estate license. For five years, I simultaneously navigated the world of real estate while working in the restaurant industry, but my passion for real estate continued to grow. I made the decision to transition into a full-time realtor, driven by the values I had cultivated during my hospitality career. I firmly believe in the importance of building meaningful relationships, providing top-notch service, and meticulously attending to every detail. These values are at the core of my approach to real estate, and I'm dedicated to delivering the same level of care and excellence that you've come to expect from me. I have recently stepped into the Operations Coordinator role for my team, where I use the same values and work ethic to help my team members be successful. Beyond helping individuals find their perfect homes, what I truly treasure are the enduring relationships I build with my clients. When I'm not helping my team or clients with their real estate needs, you'll often find me spending quality time outdoors with my friends and family. In my world, my family includes my thirteen year old son, Jayden, and our energetic three year old puppy, Miley, who keep me on my toes and bring endless joy to my life.
