Since moving to Nashville six years ago, Jessica has witnessed the city's dynamic growth firsthand. Her passion for real estate was sparked by her own experiences managing, buying, and selling investment properties. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she gained expertise in marketing, contract law, negotiation, and communication.

In her free time, Jessica loves to travel, stay active, and indulge her passion for interior design, often redecorating her Music Row condo.
