Adam Block

Adam is a Principal Agent with Compass in Chestnut Hill.  He serves buyers, sellers, investors and commercial landlords and tenants in the Greater Boston area.  Adam works thoughtfully with his clients to understand their specific needs  that inform the right process enabling his clients to achieve their goals.

He is an award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of experience.  Adam has an exceptional ability to create opportunities in any market.  A shrewd negotiator and thorough problem solver who pays close attention to detail and process, he is hardworking and tirelessly advocates for his clients. As a proud member of the Realtors’ Association, Adam maintains the highest level of integrity with his clients and colleagues and implements a strong work ethic. 

Adam is the Chairman of the Needham Planning Board, where he applies his skillset in land use planning and regulation to adjudicate real estate development applications and to promote reform of the Town Zoning By-Law.  He is also Chairman of the Needham Council of Economic Advisors and is an elected Town Meeting Member.
