"My husband and I are contacting you because we wanted you to know how delighted we were working with Caroline Cole. Actually, " the third time is a charm" is accurate for us. We had been looking to buy a second home in Chatham for the past two years and the two realtors we worked with were unsuccessful! Our former realtors didn't listen to us and kept showing us homes that were not what we were looking for, weren't in our price range or were just plain awful. It was very frustrating! Truthfully, I was ready to call it quits but my husband persevered and walked into your office while we were on vacation late August and Caroline was on duty.
