After falling in love with Santa Barbara during her college years, Erin made the Central Coast home and now enjoys raising her family in the community she cares so deeply about.

Caleb brings a unique perspective to real estate through his extensive background in construction, woodworking, and education. As the owner of a well respected construction company for over 10 years and a longtime Santa Barbara High School woodshop teacher for more than a decade, Caleb offers clients a deep understanding of craftsmanship, home quality, and the true potential behind every property.
