Prior to getting his real estate license in 2004, Charles Liu was an IT manager, data warehouse engineer, and entrepreneur. He’s an experienced real estate planner and understands the best real estate planning strategies in 1031 exchange and helps build generation wealth for his clients. He works with both sellers and buyers so he can think from both perspectives about producing the best outcome for his clients. He also has done many home remodeling and rebuilding projects both for clients and his own investments. He has very extensive and hands-on knowledge in solar power systems and can help buyers and sellers navigate the complexities related to home sales involving solar power systems. He serves both Fremont and Palo Alto and their surrounding communities.


He connects with people easily and is able to build trust with clients and fellow real estate professionals, and makes home selling and buying experience much less stressful and even enjoyable. He has a track record of maximizing home sales value for his sellers and getting good deals for his buyers, through his extensive realtor network, and get the best deals done for his buyers using his negotiation skills. He also markets his listings on Chinese language websites for overseas buyers for maximum exposure, and has a strong network of international clients from Asia.


Charles Liu takes a hands-on approach in managing his sales, and operates with a service mindset, principles he learned from his years at Deep Springs College, where education was achieved through a combination of classroom learning and physical labor. Charles is active in the Bay Area community. He’s the past president of Rotary club of Fremont, past president of Citizens for Better Community, and currently serving on the Fremont Planning Commission.
