Dale Binkley

Dale is proud to claim status as a lifelong Tennessee native. Growing up in the surrounding Nashville area, Dale has personally witnessed first hand the exponential and explosive growth the Nashville MSA has experienced over the last twenty years. After 4 years working in Collegiate athletics, Dale transitioned into real estate full time. Following in the footsteps of his brother, father, grandmother, Great Grandfather, and many additional immediate relatives, an interest in real estate came natural to Dale. As a Broker, Dale brings over 10 yrs of real estate sales and consulting experience with him. In addition to having a Broker’s license, Dale has been involved in the residential appraisal industry since 2021, with a brief stint in the commercial sector in 2013-2014. Currently, Dale is owner of Kronos Appraisal. The appraisal experience has given Dale a sharper skill set pertaining to modeling market conditions and pricing trends, home measurement, and data analysis, all of which he uses to better serve his clients. Dale is an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and Vanderbilt Athletics. When Dale is not working, he is spending time with his wife Allison, daughters Rowan and Ryan, french bulldog Birdie, and his cat Binx. Dale and his family are members of Otter Creek Church of Christ in Brentwood, and currently reside in the Ladd Park Community of Franklin, Tn.
