Her love for Santa Clarita began in childhood when her grandparents lived in S.C.V. and later she often revisited SCV as a teenager for horseback riding and field trips. After a few years in the San Bernardino mountains, she came back to Santa Clarita in large part because of the schools. Danise managed a construction office for a dozen years for a high-end pool builder. Today Danise is an officer of SCV Elks club and also in Zonta International which has a local club in SCV. Zonta’s mission is to improve the lives of women, here and around the world. She also supports and/or volunteers for several other local non-profits including WiSH Foundation, Zonta’s mission is to improve the lives of women, here and around the world. She also supports and/or volunteers for several other local non-profits including Elks Club, Boys & Girls Club, Circle of Hope, HMNMH Foundation, SCV Senior Center, Child & Family Center, and Single Mother’s Outreach.
