Danoly Mathelier

Bubbly is often the first word people use to describe this ball of energy and charisma in human form. Danoly is a true Jersey girl—born, raised, and educated in the mile-square city of Hoboken, before continuing her studies at Penn State University in Happy Valley.

But Pennsylvania couldn’t hold her for long. She returned to her roots, making her way through New York City and eventually back home to Northern NJ, living in North Bergen, Weehawken, and now proudly calling Rutherford home.

Outside of real estate, Danoly is a devoted wife and mom of three, often found juggling modeling gigs, sports, dance drop-offs, and spontaneous date nights with her husband. Family is her foundation and her greatest source of fulfillment, and she lives by one core principle: balance is everything.

An avid gym-goer and self-proclaimed foodie, Danoly brings the same passion to her personal life as she does to her work. Whether it’s a burst of motivation, a spontaneous adventure, or a quick escape to her home away from home, Dominican Republic, you never quite know what you’re going to get… and that’s exactly the magic of her. .     

Since 2012, Danoly has been immersed in the ever-evolving and beautifully chaotic world of real estate. At the core of her approach is one thing: relationships. No transaction is ever “one and done.” If you’ve negotiated with Danoly, you know she’s not afraid to deliver a little tough love when it matters most.

She’s honored to be the trusted face sellers choose to represent their most prized asset, and the confident guide buyers rely on to lead them home. Many of Danoly’s clients become lifelong friends.

Danoly has a special passion for working with first-time homebuyers, genuinely enjoying the opportunity to educate, empower, and guide them seamlessly to the closing table. More recently, she has expanded her focus to launching new construction developments bringing buildings from concept to fully leased communities.

In 2021, Danoly co-founded The Home Edition alongside her business partner, driven by a shared vision of what could be built together. What she values most about her team is their compassion and authentic work ethic, qualities that simply can’t be taught.
