About Heidi
Through many years of real estate sales and home design and build, Heidi Hjorth has over 30 years’ experience. She has enjoyed many years as a top agent, as well as a portfolio of over 15 investment remodels and large rebuilds. For many of the last years, Heidi and Adrienne Murphy have partnered together when needed but also divide and conquer all of the multi layers of preparing a property for sale and navigating a smooth transaction. Whether individually or together, they can offer professional and valuable advice on all of your real estate needs and stay on top of the constantly changing real estate market, including mortgage trends, title and tax issues, construction and remodeling. Heidi’s goal is to have a broad network of industry contacts, including lenders, attorneys, contractors, handymen, estate planners, stagers and financial advisors – all valuable resources in the buying and selling process. The overall resource group and transaction coordination allows her to provide concierge service to sellers AND buyers during the home preparation process and/or the initial investigative process for purchase. Heidi is proud to have an excellent reputation amongst her peers and colleagues from the real estate industry. She is known for her enthusiasm, experience, integrity, and “big picture problem solving” while remaining calm.
Heidi continues to invest in her own portfolio, including rental properties and those for resale. Her current home in Sonoma is a work in progress with 3.5 flat, mostly vacant acres. Work completed so far: a completely remodeled existing house as of 2020, an addition of ¼ acre fruit orchard and ½ acre of planted Chardonnay, pool and pool house, custom fencing and dog runs and lots of weeding! A new home coming in 2025 off the shared country road section will complete the vision. She also works on a limited basis helping favorite friends and clients transform their homes into their vision with a little extra encouragement and navigation. Sharing a common passion for family, friends, and animals, Heidi has always seen a home as a gathering place for peace, relaxation, laughter and love amongst those she treasures. Heidi was a Co-Founder of Marin Savvy—an organization that supported women and their life assets and collaborated in giving to local Marin charities. She is currently volunteering with multiple dog shelters to provide foster housing when possible.
