About Jennifer

Jennifer Korba is a true Texan - born and raised here in our great state! She is a native of San Antonio and lived there until leaving home right after high school. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Jennifer spent about 8 years in Dallas before finally landing in Austin in 1994. She has never looked back.

Houses have always been a great interest of Jennifer's. When she was young, she would follow her dad and brothers around the house to help with repair jobs. She loved figuring out how things worked. Jennifer went on to study architecture and engineering in college, finally finding the perfect fit for her degree with a blend of the two called "Construction Science."

During her third job in the construction industry, Jennifer took a real estate class to help better understand the selling end of the homes that her company was building. That led her to get her real estate license in 1994 and finally to the career that she still loves to this day – helping people fulfill their real estate dreams. After sailing to the top of the charts as a Realtor at another local brokerage, Jennifer was trained as a Sales Manager and began hiring and training brand new agents just out of real estate school. She moved to Realty Austin in 2012, where she has the privilege of working with highly productive and experienced agents. Since making the move to Realty Austin (now Compass), Jennifer has managed the Central Austin, East Austin, Northwest, and Round Rock offices. As an Agent Success Manager, Jennifer feels honored that she gets to help guide and direct the Realtors who work under her and help them develop their real estate careers to their fullest.

Jennifer has been married to her husband Bret since 1990, and they have two grown children. She has been involved in management since 2001 and has sponsored and trained some of the best agents in the business. It brings her great pride and joy to see her agents succeed.
