A graduate of Drake University with a master’s degree in business and psychology, Jim brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and human insight to every client interaction. Originally from Iowa, he and his wife returned to Kansas City in 2016—the city where they first met and built their family over 30 years ago.

Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys golf, cheering on the Chiefs, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have a daughter and a son, both married to wonderful spouses, and together, they’ve been blessed with five amazing granddaughters—making grandparenting one of his greatest joys.
