Joannie Cargill is a Jersey City native, and her story is a New Jersey story. She grew up in Jersey City, spent more than five years in Madison, two in Cranford, and fifteen years in West Orange before settling in Warren Township about five years ago. She's never really left any of those places behind — she's back often, visiting family and friends, reliving good memories, and staying connected to the communities that shaped her. It's given her a real, lived feel for these towns, their neighborhoods, and what it means to call each one home.

She brings fifteen years of high-stakes negotiation experience to every client she serves, built leading global partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in luxury hospitality. That world taught her how to read a room, structure a deal that works for everyone at the table, and stay calm and clear-eyed when the stakes — and the emotions — run high. She and her husband are active Fairleigh Dickinson University alumni, often back on campus and at alumni events, and that community is close to both their hearts.
