With over 20 years of experience, he built a thriving real estate career, first as a successful Broker with Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, and later in Central Texas with Realty Austin. Over the last several years he has held pivotal roles including Agent Success Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and VP of Sales. His leadership expertise extends across marketing, technology, coaching, and training, enabling agents to thrive in a competitive market.
