Hi, I’m Samantha O'Neil—but you can call me Sammy or Sam! I’m proud to be a second-generation real estate professional, carrying on a passion that took root when I was just five years old. I grew up attending open houses and showings alongside my mom, fascinated by the energy of the industry—the people, the properties, and the creativity involved in solving problems and negotiating deals. My professional journey began in 2021 at Latter & Blum, where I started as an administrative assistant before moving into the education department. There, I gained an in-depth understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that makes real estate transactions successful—from contracts and compliance to client care and communication. It was in that role that I found my true calling: combining my marketing savvy with hands-on transaction knowledge to support clients through one of the most exciting chapters of their lives—buying or selling a home. Outside of real estate, I’m a creative at heart. I run a photography business, Green Egg Aperture, where I capture everything from candid moments to milestone memories. I’m also a freelance minister with a strong background in public speaking and writing. In January 2024, I proudly took on the role of Vice President & Secretary of Lito’s Dream Homes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on community-driven event planning and marketing. A bit about me: I’m someone who believes in hard work, perseverance, and staying the course—even when things get tough. After graduating from West Jefferson High School, I dove headfirst into books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and The E-Myth series, which reshaped the way I think about business and self-employment... I didn’t take the traditional path to real estate. My entrepreneurial journey started with launching my headlight business, but it was the challenge of passing the real estate exam—after 11 attempts—that truly tested my grit. It was a hard-won victory, but it taught me the value of persistence and the importance of never backing down, no matter how steep the climb.. In addition to my real estate work, I also founded The Dominguez Agency, where I’m an insurance agent with Magnolia Home and Auto. I’m all about helping people protect what matters most, and I’m proud to offer that same commitment to every real estate client.. I also created Lito's Dream Homes Foundation, which is all about giving back and supporting the community. From raising money for local animal shelters to hosting 5Ks and real estate mixers, our foundation is involved in a variety of events that help bring people together and support causes that matter. It’s my way of making sure that, while we’re chasing our own dreams, we’re also lifting up those around us..
