Morgan's passion for real estate began while attending the University of Michigan, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Communications and Entrepreneurship and was an active member of the Ross School of Business Real Estate Club. She launched her career with Oxford Companies before joining Newmark Knight Frank. Following her time at Newmark, Morgan maintained her real estate broker license while helping develop LX Collection, a luxury real estate marketing platform serving some of New York City's most prominent developers. Through this work, she partnered with industry leaders including Extell Development and Related Companies, delivering creative branding, digital strategy, and marketing solutions for premier residential developments. The experience provided her with invaluable insight into new development, luxury branding, and the marketing strategies behind some of the city's most sought-after properties. Today, she brings that well-rounded perspective to buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan as a member of the Compass team.

A lifelong New Yorker raised on the Upper West Side, Morgan now calls Hudson Square home. She loves the energy of Downtown Manhattan and enjoys being just steps from the West Village and Tribeca. Outside of real estate, Morgan is an avid foodie who, along with her husband, has explored more than 500 restaurants across New York City. She also enjoys photography, art, and travel, bringing creativity and curiosity into every aspect of her life.
