Her last decade within the startup world, she became adept at identifying top-tier individuals, understanding their needs, and aligning them with opportunities that not only matched their skill sets but also their aspirations. This experience taught her the value of personalization and precise matching - skills that are directly transferable to real estate.

When Nazy is not at work, she loves traveling, exploring the magic of New York City, and is involved with the Iranian Diaspora efforts for social change.
