Sanam is an avid negotiator and trusted advisor, having practiced law for fifteen years before her overlapping passions for client advocacy, deal-making and real estate led her to become a REALTORⓇ. As an attorney, she served as the General Counsel for a unicorn proptech company optimizing digital solutions for the real estate industry. Prior to that she led the corporate legal function at a number of publicly traded companies.

Sanam received her B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics from UC San Diego, her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School. She was born in the East Bay and resides in San Ramon with her husband, two children and Biewer Yorkie mix named Simba. In her spare time, Sanam loves to hike the East Bay’s many beautiful trails, cook with her family and dabble in interior design projects.
