About Shannon

Shannon was born and raised in Sonoma County. She has expansive knowledge of the local landscape, neighborhoods, culture, and real estate market. Shannon has over four years & over 100 transactions of real estate experience working on top-performing teams. She weaves together her interpersonal communication, marketing, and negotiation skills, with efficient and organized transactions to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for her clients. Shannon believes real estate is much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building community connections, supporting grassroots organizations, and advocating for sustainable housing practices.

In her previous profession, Shannon worked in the field of child development & most recently owned and operated a nature-based education program in Cloverdale, CA, teaching local youth wilderness survival and ecological education. She finds real estate has a lot of parallels in working with families and their children. The same immense amount of trust, communication, and navigation through unpredictable situations in youth development applies in her profession as a REALTOR®.

Shannon joined The Ann Amtower Real Estate Team in 2022, where she specializes on marketing & operations, and the team focuses on luxury & country properties in north Sonoma County. Ann has been voted the 'Best Reatlor in Healdsburg' in 2023, 2024 & 2025 through the Healdsburg Tribune's Annual 'Best of Healdsburg' awards. Beyond Real Estate, Shannon serves on the Board & Site Committee for Vilda Nature, is a Creeks Steward with the City of Santa Rosa, and facilitates community hikes & dance/yoga events. She lives in East Santa Rosa with her husband and enjoys outdoor adventures with her dog, exploring new places, and collaborating on creative projects with her community.
