About Shannon

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Shannon brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping clients find homes that support both their lifestyle and values. With more than six years of experience and partipating in over 150 successful real estate transactions, she combines strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and exceptional communication to create a seamless and rewarding experience from start to finish.

Shannon believes real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it's about building community and connecting people with places where they can thrive. She specializes in country properties & first-time home buyers, with a particular passion for sustainable living. She holds the National Association of REALTORS® Green Designation, an Urban Permaculture Design Certificate, and completed an internship with Earthship Biotecture, giving her a unique perspective on energy-efficient homes, natural building, regenerative landscapes, and environmentally conscious living.

Before real estate, Shannon owned and operated a nature-based education program, teaching wilderness skills and ecological education to local youth. That experience shaped her collaborative, thoughtful approach and her commitment to guiding clients through life's biggest transitions with confidence and care.

Shannon joined The Ann Amtower Real Estate Team in 2022, where she leads marketing and operations while supporting the team's expertise in luxury and country properties throughout northern Sonoma County. Outside of real estate, she serves on the Board of Vilda Nature, volunteers as a Creek Steward with the City of Santa Rosa, and enjoys hiking, dancing, and exploring Sonoma County with her husband and their dog.
