I am a REALTOR® with COMPASS RE, where I provide  residential real estate services and assist investors and  developers purchase property to add to their portfolios or to  develop. I am also an Urban Planner with 13 years of experience  writing, speaking, and practicing in the areas of urban planning  and community engagement. I use my 18+ years of combined  experience in Real Estate and Urban Planning to help you reach  success in your real estate transaction. 

I work diligently for my clients and make sure that we reach their  goal of purchasing or selling their home. I am also a problem  solver. I believe that everything is figure-out-able! Hopefully  things go smoothly, but sometimes you hit bumps in the road,  and that’s the time to dig deep and find solutions; that’s where  I come in. I also have a proven track record of success: 

• Listings sell on average within 99% of asking price • Listings spend an average of 45 days on market - the typical  length of a finance contingency period. For my sellers, I position  listings to sell quickly and for top dollar. For buyers, I ensure  they are pre-approved and well prepared for the home buying  process for a successful and timely closing 

• Consistently in Top 10 REALTORS® in my office, and have appeared on Parks Top 50 REALTORS® List • Winner of multiple sales awards since joining the Real Estate industry in 2014 

• My agent-to-agent network and profile is extensive and  high. Member of REIN (Real Estate Investors of Nashville), the  Greater Nashville REALTOR® Association, a Board Member of  the Nashville Civic Design Center, and I have 13+ years practicing  Urban Planning and building relationships within the Nashville  community.
